Master Movie Download is a 2021 Indian Tamil-language action film written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Produced by Javier Brito, under his earlier production house XB Film Creators, the film stars Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi.
Malavika Mohanan, Shantanu Bhagyaraj, Andrea Jeremiah, Arjun Das and Gauri G Kishan play other supporting roles. The film revolves around an alcoholic professor, JD (Vijay), who takes a three-month teaching job at a juvenile home and clashes with a ruthless gangster named Bhavani (Vijay Sethupathi), who tries to kidnap the children as his criminal. Uses as scapegoats for activities.
Lokesh Kanagaraj narrated the script to Vijay in May 2019, and after his approval, the film was launched in August 2019. Kanagaraj wrote the screenplay, screenplay and dialogues, with Ratna Kumar and Pon Parthiban credited as co-writers.
Principal photography began in October 2019 and ended in February 2020; The entire film was shot within 129 working days in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Karnataka. Originally launched under the provisional title Thalapathy 64, the official title Master was announced on 31 December 2019.
